1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (FREE for all orders over $50 / Flat rate of $4.95 for orders under $50).
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (Available at checkout for select regions).
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pawpick is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before finalising your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@pawpick.store.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact our customer support team immediately at support@pawpick.store so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
